Chocolate Oatmeal No Bake Cookies
(Also called Preacher Cookies, Cow-Patties, or Poodgies
No-Bakes, Boiled Cookies, First Graders)
Fast, No-Mess, Cooked Over the Stove, Don’t require baking!
These quick Chocolate Oatmeal No Bake cookies are the perfect healthy snack for your little ones as they come in from school. These cookies are so fast, they can be prepared in as little as 20 minutes. If you have a picky eater; make these together with your toddler. These are the perfect snack because they require no baking! Try combining diced apples or dried cranberries into the mixture to create new varieties. Chocolate Oatmeal No Bake Cookies
INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup Butter
-
-
-
2 Cup Sugar
-
-
-
1/2 Cup Milk
-
-
-
4 Tbsps. Cocoa
-
-
-
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
-
-
-
3 1/2 Cups Quick Cooking Oats
-
-
2 tsp. Vanilla
PREPARATION
-
-
Add Butter, Sugar, Milk, and Cocoa to a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Allow the mixture to boil for 1 minute

-
Take off of the stove and add

-
Oats, vanilla, and peanut butter
-
-
-
Mix well to combine and drop onto wax paper

Allow to cool (can set in the refrigerator to cool quickly) and enjoy!
Alternate Variations for Chocolate Oatmeal No Bake Cookies
INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 cup butter
-
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
-
- 2 cups sugar
-
- 1/2 cup milk
-
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
-
- 3 cups quick cooking oatmeal
- 1/4 cup Nutella
Or Use:
-
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
- 1/2 Cup Butter
-
- 2 Cup Sugar
-
- 1/2 Cup Milk
-
- 1 Tsp cinnamon
-
- 4 Tbsps. Raisins
-
- 3 1/2 Cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
PREPARATION (for both variations above)

- Add Butter, Sugar, Milk, and raisins to a saucepan and bring to a boil.

- Allow the mixture to boil for 1 minute

- Take off of the stove and add

- Oats and vanilla

- Mix well to combine and drop onto wax paper
- Allow to cool (can set in the refrigerator to cool quickly) and enjoy!
Or Try This Chocolate Oatmeal No Bake Cookie recipe:
