I love this recipe because it is summer-friendly. Who wants to bake in the summer heat? With this simple but satisfying treat, you can fulfill your sweet tooth within minutes and with hardly no-prep!
This recipe is so simple to make, in fact, it is only three ingredients. Those ingredients are Reduced Fat Graham Crackers and Reduced Fat Cool Whip. Both of the ingredients above can be substituted for whole fat anytime you wish or even substituted with fire-roasted marshmallows for a not so smores treat!
Almost everything I do involves my little ones. So thinking like a mom, do you have little ones that you prepare snacks for as well? Prepare a few smaller sections for the kiddos and healthier options for yourself. Either way, don’t deprive yourself of a little sweet indulgence when you’re dieting.
