Double Chocolate Homemade Brownie Recipe
Perfect for any chocolate lover is this Homemade Double Chocolate Brownie Recipe. This homemade recipe combines the yumminess of dark chocolate chips with cocoa powder and brown sugar to provide the perfect taste combination of cookie/brownie. The recipe calls or melting the chocolate chips in the microwave to soften them; however, you can use any method to melt the chips. Just be extra careful because chocolate can burn quickly. Bake them all for yourself or make and share with family and friends because honestly anytime is the PERFECT time to share Homemade Double Chocolate Brownies.
Double Chocolate Homemade Brownie Recipe made with Dark Chocolate
1 cup chocolate chips (70% cacao dark chocolate chips)
¾ cup unsalted butter
½ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup light brown sugar
One tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup all-purpose flour
Three eggs
1/4 tsp salt
Melt chocolate in the microwave in 15-second intervals, being very careful not to burn.
Whisk flour, cocoa, and salt together with the chocolate
Add granulated and brown sugar and eggs and vanilla.
Continue mixing until the mixture is incorporated well and slowly add the flour and cocoa powder together. Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for between 30 to 40 minutes.
